FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS + TERMS & CONDITIONS

【 PREORDERS: 】

1) How long will my order take to ship?

  • After the preorder period ends, the designs are sent into production. Production can take up to 3-4 weeks but delays MAY happen.
  • Fulfillment will take about another 1-2 weeks depending on my availability at the time.
  • If there are no conventions during this time and I have stock of said items on hand, those will be used to fulfill preorders.


2) My Address changed during the preorder period. Can I modify my shipping address?

  • PLEASE LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY. Email me at breadnne@gmail.com with your order number and we can get that sorted out.
  • If your address has changed and I am not notified by the time the order is packaged and sent, ***I am NOT LIABLE for any lost/returned packages***
  • If a package is returned to me due to wrong address, you will be in charge of covering shipping costs to send the package out again. [If this is an error on my end I will send it at no cost ^^']


3) Can I cancel my order?

Before the order is shipped out, you may cancel your order! ***Once the order has left my hands, no returns or exchanges will be permitted unless specified in our policy***


4) I have a non-preorder item in my order. When will that ship?

If you have a non-preorder item with your preorder, they will be shipped together!

【 SHIPPING: 】

1) My tracking number hasn't updated yet.

  • Please wait up to 2-4 business days after the package is dropped off for the tracking to update.
  • Sometimes the post office might accidentally skip a scan but the tracking will be picked up again down the line.


2) How can I track my order?

You will receive the tracking info via the email you provided!


3) My package was lost/stolen!

  • I am not the USPS/carrier service, and have no connections to them. I am not liable for any stolen or lost packages.

  • You can also reach out to your local post office/carrier.


4) Tracking said the delivery failed/ Is being returned?

  • This could be due to incorrect address, phone number, or your carrier could not deliver to the location.
  • Please reach out to your carrier to file a report to locate your package.
  • If a package is returned to me due to wrong address, you will be in charge of covering shipping costs to send the package out again. [If this is an error on my end I will send it at no cost ^^']


5) Can I ask for a different delivery service?

Yes! Please reach out via the contact form with your order number and we can sort it out ^^

6) Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes EXCEPT TO THE UK due to extensive VAT laws. Any order seen from the UK will be refunded.
  • For UK people you can use proxy sites like https://www.myus.com/ in order to place orders with artists like us ^^


7) The post office is charging duties/tariffs for my package!

You are legally liable for any duties, taxes or tariffs that incur. I am legally not responsible for these.


8) Can you mark my package as "gift" / lower the package value?

No.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges permitted.
  • If items are damaged during transit, you have a❗4 DAY❗ grace period (from delivery) to contact me for any refund or replacement options.
  • If passed the 4 day grace period, you will no longer be eligible for refund/replacement options
